ConsultIN is an independent strategic advisory practice operated by ConsultIN L.L.C-FZ, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and working with clients internationally. In these terms, “ConsultIN”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
These terms govern your use of consultin.io and any material published on it. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
This site describes the kind of work we do: strategy, digital assets, blockchain, emerging technology and international partnerships, delivered to governments, institutions and leadership teams.
It is a description of a practice, not an offer of service and not the service itself. Every engagement is set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality and duration. Nothing you read here, and no enquiry you send us, creates an advisory relationship until such an agreement is in place.
ConsultIN provides strategic and industry advisory services. We do not provide legal, regulatory, investment, financial, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as any of those.
Nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset, token, security or other financial instrument, or to take part in any transaction. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from advisers qualified in the relevant field and jurisdiction.
Our advisory work is technology-neutral and partner-neutral. ConsultIN does not represent any digital-asset exchange, blockchain network or technology platform through its independent advisory activities.
All engagements are subject to appropriate confidentiality, professional and conflict-of-interest considerations. We may decline an enquiry, or stop work already underway, where a conflict emerges that cannot be managed properly.
Market and technology commentary on this site reflects our view at the time of writing. The sectors we work in move quickly, and we are under no obligation to update a page once a view has changed.
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision.
The content, design, structure and code of this site, together with the ConsultIN name, logo and marks, belong to ConsultIN or are used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view pages and take copies for your own reference. Anything beyond that — republishing, redistributing, adapting the material, or using our name or marks in a way that suggests an association we have not agreed — needs our written permission first.
Some links take you off consultin.io — for example to our scheduling provider or our LinkedIn page. We include them because they are useful, not because we control what is on them.
Once you follow such a link, that site's own terms and privacy policy govern your visit. We are not responsible for its content, availability or practices.
When using this site, please do not:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system.
Interfere with the site's operation, or introduce malicious code of any kind.
Scrape, harvest or systematically collect material from the site by automated means.
Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that misrepresents your identity or your relationship with ConsultIN.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it, at any time, without notice.
Email and web forms are not secure channels. Please do not send us confidential, privileged or commercially sensitive material through them before an engagement and a suitable confidentiality arrangement are in place.
Unsolicited material sent to us outside an engagement is not treated as confidential, and sending it does not create any obligation on our part.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsultIN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.
Liability arising out of an engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms as the practice or the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed. Please check back from time to time.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
